Name every kitchen that needs work
A Scarborough enquiry may involve a condo kitchen, the main kitchen of a house or a separately occupied lower-level suite. Identify the kitchen being cleaned and whether another cooking area needs its own scope. A microwave kitchenette and a full kitchen with an oven, range hood and several cabinet runs should not be described as the same task.
Tell us whether the priority is baked-on oven residue, grease around the stove or a broader clean of accessible kitchen surfaces. The age of the appliance does not establish the condition. Useful photographs show the cooking surface, the oven interior when safe and cool, and representative grease deposits without including private household information.
Separate cooking residue from damage
Cabinet surfaces around a frequently used stove can collect a sticky film, while worn finishes may look dirty even after soil is removed. Note any peeling coating, swelling near the sink, loose trim or pre-existing scratches. A cleaner surface is a reasonable cleaning outcome; restoring a damaged finish is a separate trade task.
Range-hood filters also differ. Some compatible grease filters may be washable under the appliance instructions, while other filter types require replacement. Describe the hood rather than assuming that every filter can be soaked or placed in a dishwasher. Concealed exhaust ducts and shared building ventilation are outside a routine kitchen clean.
Plan the rest of the home by room
Choose the additional rooms in order of priority: a bathroom, bedrooms, a living room or an entrance, for example. Explain which floor each room is on, how much of the floor is accessible and whether the room is occupied or emptied for moving. Stair access and a second bathroom change the work even when the house has the same advertised bedroom count as another property.
If a basement has moisture damage, pest contamination or sewage residue, identify that before requesting cleaning. The basement guide is for ordinary accessible living-space care; specialist hazards need a different assessment. No postal code or room label makes hazardous work a routine add-on.
Send a useful Toronto cleaning enquiry
Enter the property's postal code on the contact page, choose condo or house, and select the kitchen priority. Add the other rooms you want considered. Confirm that the physical property is inside the City of Toronto. The form opens a WhatsApp or text message for you to review and send.
Include the desired timing, the general condition and any access restrictions in your conversation. Scope, price and appointment availability require confirmation. The postal result identifies a browsing area; it does not verify the complete address, reserve a visit or guarantee that every requested task can be accepted.
